If the management company's moratorium prevents residents of an apartment building from choosing a provider, you can now complain about the UK on "Gosuslugi" through a feedback form launched by the Ministry of Digital Development.
Using the new form, you can send an appeal, attaching documents related to the problem, for example, an application, correspondence with the management company, responses from departments and organizations.
Having received the full set of documents, the Ministry of Digital Development will forward them to the prosecutor's office. The appeal will be considered within 30 days. The processing status can be tracked in your personal account on "Gosuslugi" or by e-mail.
The measure is supported by the previously enacted law on unhindered access of Internet providers to apartment buildings and a number of by-laws that allowed citizens to choose a suitable telecom operator for themselves.
Despite the adopted law, problems with access of telecom operators to apartment buildings still remain. With the help of the form, the Ministry of Digital Development has moved to more effective measures to enforce the law.
Each case should be given an appropriate assessment. The prosecutor will determine what measure to apply in a particular situation.
