Shipbuilders of JSC "Vostochnaya Verf" (managing company - PJSC "Amur Shipbuilding Plant") built the crab vessel of project 03141 "Aurum". The Russian flag was raised on the vessel. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
Vessels of project 03141 are designed for crab fishing. They are equipped with special RSW tanks for storing live catch in seawater until delivery to the port.
Ice class Ice2 allows navigation in small broken sparse ice up to half a meter thick.
The construction of crab vessels is ahead of schedule. This became possible due to the centralization of work in the Far East.
