Новую пожарную автоцистерну на шасси КамАЗ «Компас» разработали для МЧС в Курганской области

The fire truck is equipped with a remote control system that allows the operator to remotely control the entire process

As a result of the joint work of the Vargashinsky Plant of Fire and Special Equipment and specialists from the Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, a new fire truck on the KamAZ "Compass" chassis was developed. The head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was shown the novelty at the Moscow Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy.

The fire truck is equipped with a remote control system that allows the operator to control the engine, pump, fire extinguishing agent supply systems and the master stream from a portable control panel. This eliminates the need for the driver to be near the vehicle when adjusting the supply. In addition, it is possible to simultaneously use air-mechanical foam to extinguish oil products and water to cool structures and create water curtains.

KamAZ "Compass" is a series of Russian medium-duty low-frame trucks of the N2 class of the MCV category, produced since 2022 at the Kama Automobile Plant.
