The level of localization of refrigerators and freezers of the Belarusian brand "Atlant" is 90%, washing machines – more than 70%. This was stated by Dmitry Kharitonchik, General Director of Atlant CJSC.
Such indicators are achieved due to the fact that we use almost all raw materials and materials produced by the Union State, including compressors – the heart of the refrigerator – we produce ourselves.
Electric motors for washing machines are also produced at Atlant's facilities.
Kharitonchik said that in 2025 refrigerators with Wi-Fi appeared for connecting to a "smart home". Next year, the manufacturer will present household appliances for storing Light-type products.
Atlant CJSC includes:
- Minsk Refrigerator Plant (produces refrigerators and freezers)
- Household Appliances Plant (produces washing machines and other appliances)
- Baranovichi Machine-Tool Plant (produces compressors for refrigerators, electric motors for washing machines)
The enterprise was founded in 1959 in the capital of Belarus and produced Minsk series refrigerators.
