Colonel explained why the "Oreshnik" missile system has not been seen by anyone

The new missile looks like the RS-26 "Rubezh" externally

There is no point for Russia to demonstrate the newest medium-range ballistic missile (MRBM) "Oreshnik" in its natural form, and the consequences of its use are well known. This was stated by reserve colonel, military-political analyst Alexander Tikhansky.

According to him, after the use of "Oreshnik" in a non-nuclear version, it became clear what damage it is capable of causing. Tikhansky is sure that people who understand the topic will understand everything themselves, so there is no point in demonstrating the system.

If someone wants to look at "Oreshnik", then you can look at the RS-26 "Rubezh" missile. They are not very different externally. And what they have inside is the business of engineers.

The day before, the military practiced the deployment of "Oreshnik" during the Belarusian-Russian exercises "Zapad". Images of the installations have also not appeared in the media and online.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the likely base of "Oreshnik" abroad became known.
