Fresh footage has appeared online showing new export fourth-generation Su-34ME fighters for the Algerian Air Force during the training of Algerian pilots at the M. M. Gromov Flight Research Institute airfield in Zhukovsky.
Some differences can be noticed on export vehicles compared to aircraft for the Russian Aerospace Forces.
We are talking about new LED headlights on the front landing gear strut, similar to the headlights on the Su-57. Also, elements of a new onboard defense system (BKO) in the upper and lower hemispheres were probably installed on them.
The authors of the Telegram channel "Military Informant" wondered why such improvements are not received by new Su-34s that are supplied to the Russian Aerospace Forces. Presumably, these aircraft will be used to arm the Algerian Air Force.
