Unique "Short-Winged" Lada-2109 from 1991 Goes on Sale

The Soviet hatchback is valued at 1.6 million rubles due to its preservation and originality

A unique 1991 Lada-2109 with a mileage of only 4,920 km has appeared on Auto.ru. The car, produced back in the USSR, is valued by the seller at 1.6 million rubles.

The hatchback is a five-seater, equipped with a 1.3-liter engine with a capacity of 64 hp and a manual gearbox with front-wheel drive. The car belongs to the "short-winged" modification and is equipped with a "low" front panel characteristic of the first years of production. Factory tires, original paintwork and a complete set of keys make it almost an exhibit.

The seller emphasizes that the car is completely original, without rust, chips or restoration, with the factory smell preserved. Such preservation is rare for cars of Soviet production, and such specimens are valued by collectors and enthusiasts of retro cars.

The car was used by three owners, the last 4.5 years it was with the current owner. This is one of the last representatives of the short-winged series, since in 1991 the plant switched to a modification with a "long wing". For collectors and lovers of classics, the Lada 2109 in this condition is a real legend of the 90s.
