Правительство России внедрило ИИ в систему управления национальными проектами

AI completes in one day the work that would take four years

The Government of the Russian Federation has implemented artificial intelligence technology in the state automated analytical system "Management." The system analyzes the activities and indicators of national projects and state programs in real time.

The AI model compares data with national development goals, identifying relationships between projects, including non-obvious ones. It also predicts the risk of tasks not being completed with an accuracy of over 96%. Previously, the analysis was carried out manually: to assess the connections between 123 indicators of goals and about 4 thousand activities at the federal level, it would take 76 experts from 38 industries, and the work would take four years. Now, AI does it in one day. Currently, the model has identified more than 8,000 new relationships, which are being verified. If the department does not agree with the analysis result, it can reject it and send it for revision to the Center for Project Management of the RANEPA. The final decision remains with the person.

Different AI models are used, mainly from Russian IT companies. They are located in a closed segment of the state information system without access to the Internet, which ensures data protection. The facilities of the Federal Treasury are used for operation. The conclusions of AI, after verification, are displayed on the government dashboard for deputy prime ministers and the prime minister.

As an example of the work of AI, the impact of the creation of drones on the productivity of the agro-industrial complex is given. This makes it possible to draw up plans to achieve goals, and data on risks helps prevent delays.
