The "Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030" forum showcased the landing of the Ka-32A11BC fire helicopter, presented by the Moscow Aviation Center. The rotorcraft became the central exhibit of the exhibition of special equipment of city services and the fire and rescue garrison.
The Ka-32A11BC is capable of dropping up to 5 tons of water on a fire in one go, and transporting pumping stations and generators. It demonstrates high efficiency in difficult weather conditions. The rotorcraft was originally created for marine rescue operations, but it has also proven itself in dense urban environments.
The Ka-32A11BC has long proven its uniqueness and remains one of the most popular machines in its class. It combines versatility, reliability and technical solutions that allow it to work effectively both in a metropolis and in natural areas.
The Moscow Aviation Center has 12 helicopters in its arsenal. The average arrival time to a call is only 10–15 minutes.
Earlier www1.ru reported that nine new Arctic Mi-38 helicopters will be received by the Ministry of Emergency Situations by the end of the year.
