UEC-Klimov is preparing to launch an after-sales service program for VK-650V engines, which will be valid throughout the entire life cycle of the engines, the UEC state corporation reported.
Svetlana Galkina, Service Director of UEC-Klimov, noted that the team of designers and service specialists of UEC-Klimov began planning after-sales service for the VK-650V engine literally from the moment the first drawings of the engine were created
As part of our service program, the full range of services is provided, including replacement engines for the duration of the service.
The VK-650V engine for helicopters with a take-off weight of up to 4 tons will be used on Ansat, Ka-226 and Mi-34M helicopters. The power plant develops a power of 545 hp in take-off mode, 460 hp in maximum continuous mode, and 400 hp in cruising mode.
