Sinara plans to develop 20 track maintenance machines for operation on the high-speed railway (HSR) Moscow - St. Petersburg. This was announced by the holding's CEO, Viktor Lesh.
During operation, we have an understanding that a complex of approximately 20 track railway machines will be required, and we are developing these models.
Lesh noted that for the operation of track equipment on the HSR, it is necessary to take into account the features of ballastless track and increased diagnostic requirements, which are due to high speeds.
The machines must have different speed and efficiency. By the end of the year, we will definitely form this order (for equipment with Russian Railways).
The construction of the high-speed railway is scheduled for 2024-2028. It will be commissioned in 2028.
