The Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia has announced the start of voting for villages and settlements with a population of 100 to 1000 people, where mobile internet will appear in 2026.
Based on the voting results, a list of settlements will be compiled in which 2G and 4G base stations will be installed to provide voice communication and mobile internet.
Adult citizens of Russia can vote at their place of registration until November 9, 2025. Residents of Moscow and St. Petersburg are excluded.
You can vote through the "Gosuslugi" portal or by mail, sending a letter to the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
