AvtoVAZ has completed the delivery of 80 LADA Aura sedans to institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. This event was part of a program to replace foreign cars in state car parks, initiated by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The cars were handed over on the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On August 28, 2025, the first 40 cars were transferred to the medical services of Tatarstan at a solemn ceremony timed to coincide with the Day of the Republic.
President of the auto giant Maxim Sokolov noted that the choice of LADA Aura underlines confidence in the quality of Russian products. According to him, cars of this brand are already used in the fleets of various state authorities. Sokolov emphasized that the cars demonstrate their reliability and compliance with modern standards of safety and comfort.
The top manager of the auto giant thanked the head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the government of the republic for supporting the domestic automotive industry.
