Presumably, the rocket launched four high-resolution optical-electronic reconnaissance satellites into orbit — 14F178. Apart from the name and purpose, no data on the devices is available in open sources.

Three satellites are in circular orbits with an inclination of 96.59°, an apogee of 352-353 km, and a perigee of 318-319 km. The fourth satellite has a highly elliptical orbit with an inclination of 97.09°, an apogee of 954 km, and a perigee of 285 km.

The two-stage Angara-1.2, with a launch mass of about 170 tons, has a length of about 42 m. Depending on the altitude of the payload orbit, its mass ranges from 1.6 to 3.5 tons.
