Мошенники создали фейковый сайт президента РФ для инвестиционного скама

The attackers offer "income" of up to 150 thousand rubles a week through a fake website and collect victims' personal data

Scammers launched a fake website, masquerading as the official website of the President of the Russian Federation, to attract Russians to fake investment schemes. This was reported to journalists by F6.

The fake resource contains an announcement about the launch of a "state platform for earning." The attackers promise income of 150 thousand rubles a week. At the same time, the site itself does not visually resemble official government resources.

According to F6, the design of the page is typical for fraud: a form for entering a name and phone number, fake reviews and statements about payments. Attackers promote the resource through Internet advertising, mobile applications, social networks, search results and spam mailings; Russian search engines do not index the bait.

Experts note that similar fake sites with false payment messages were previously used to attack residents of Russia and the CIS countries, and now the same technique is used for investment fraud.
