Designers of the Belarusian Automobile Plant have modernized their most powerful loading and transport machine with an articulated frame – the MoAZ-75851 mine dump truck, designed for a 50-ton load.
This all-wheel drive model is indispensable for transportation and dump unloading of rock mass in underground workings, mines, tunnels and other confined mining conditions. The modernization process used the industrial operating experience of the previous version of the 50-ton loading and transport machine in the extraction of the mineral anhydrite at the Kayerkansky mine in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
To improve reliability, efficiency and ease of operation, the specialists of MoAZ-75851 took into account the wishes of consumers. During the modernization, new components were introduced and modern design solutions were applied. The updated appearance of the 50-ton machine has also become more modern and expressive thanks to the original color scheme. Key changes include a redesigned hood design, optimized placement of air filters and redesigned lighting equipment for the cab. The payload capacity of the new product is 15 tons, it is equipped with a 218 hp engine.
MoAZ-75851, as clarified in the company, can be equipped with additional options and equipment, such as a body with a reduced volume, fuel consumption control and monitoring systems, as well as collision avoidance, dangerous approach protection and loading control systems.
