The shop occupies more than 4,700 m² and includes two lines: for processing cylinder blocks and cylinder heads. Components for 1.5 and 2.0-liter engines are processed on 36 units of modern equipment. The production is characterized by a high level of automation and environmental friendliness.

The Haval plant already has a full cycle of local production - from stamping and welding to assembling cars and producing engines.

Since the plant opened in 2019, over 380,000 vehicles have been produced, and the model range includes six crossovers. All engines undergo mandatory testing under conditions that simulate real loads.
