New S-350 Vityaz and S-400 Triumf SAM systems enter the Russian army

The Aerospace Forces (VKS) of the Russian Federation continue to rearm air defense (air defense) equipment to S-350 Vityaz and S-400 Triumf complexes to strengthen national defense. This was stated by the First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Aerospace Forces, Alexander Maksimtsev.

SAM systems are supplied in order to increase the ability to defend administrative and political centers, critical facilities and regions of the country, groups of troops and rear facilities from massive attacks by enemy air attack weapons.

New Pantsir-SMD anti-aircraft missile and gun systems (ZRPK) are also being supplied. Radio engineering troops as part of the Russian Aerospace Forces received advanced radar systems Nebo-M, Kasta-VM, Podlet-M. Radars have improved characteristics for detecting air targets.
