The Russian government is modernizing the 112 emergency call system. The new platform, "Centralized Information Collection System of 112 Systems" based on "GosTech," will consolidate data from regional services. This will automatically record and transmit information about the measures taken to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Health.
Approve the attached amendments, which are made to the mandatory requirements for the organization and functioning of the system for ensuring calls to emergency operational services via the single number "112", including the procedure and timing for receiving, processing, and transmitting calls via the single number "112" to dispatch services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1931 of November 12, 2021 "On approval of mandatory requirements for the organization and functioning of the system for ensuring calls to emergency operational services via the single number \"112\", including the procedure and timing for receiving, processing, and transmitting calls via the single number \"112\" to dispatch services" (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2021, No. 47, Art. 7840).
The changes will affect Decree No. 1931 of November 12, 2021. Integration will speed up call processing and improve coordination between departments.
