Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) has begun testing the updated "Patriot" SUV. This was reported in the press service of Sollers, which owns the plant.
The car is currently undergoing comprehensive testing. The exact date of the presentation has not yet been announced. Earlier, in March 2025, UAZ CEO Alexey Spirin confirmed the work on the modernized version.
The main changes will concern comfort and equipment. The SUV will retain its characteristics, but will receive modern options. The appearance of a Russian-made diesel engine is also expected. The updated car is planned to be presented at the end of 2025.
