ZabGU Starts Production of Intelligent Heat Controllers with AI

"Smart" devices can adapt to thermal loads

Transbaikal State University is launching the production of the first batch of domestic intelligent heat controllers. The development was created using artificial intelligence technologies and is designed to control heating systems with increased energy efficiency.

The controller reduces heating costs and carbon dioxide emissions. Unlike previously available imported and domestic counterparts, the device learns and adapts to thermal loads, increasing adjustment accuracy.

Experiments have confirmed the effectiveness — the device provided a level of thermal energy savings 3% higher than the imported analogue
project curator Georgy Palkin

The first experimental batch — three devices — will be installed in the academic buildings of ZabGU itself. Next, the controllers are planned to be offered to construction companies and housing and communal services organizations.

The development was carried out with the participation of students and postgraduates of the Faculty of Energy, based on the national project «Priority 2030».
