Eight BELAZ-7531 dump trucks with a payload capacity of 240 tons will be sent to the Trans-Baikal Territory. The Udokan, Russia's largest copper deposit, is located there. This was reported in the press service of the Belarusian manufacturer.
Two units of special equipment will be delivered to the customer in July, the remaining six — in August-September.
Prior to this, 10 BELAZ dump trucks with a payload capacity of 130 tons were sent to Udokan. The new delivery of equipment is expected to increase copper production.
BELAZ-7531 are designed to operate in difficult conditions, including in permafrost regions. At the same time, the cabin has a climate control system that ensures the operator's comfort.
