The Moscow Department of Transport has introduced a new bot in Telegram for building routes on the metro, MCC, and MCD. Users do not need to switch between screens of the "Moscow Metro" application.
Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov noted that Mayor Sergei Sobyanin instructed to make key transport services available on popular digital platforms. With the help of the @mosmetro_app_bot bot, Muscovites can quickly and conveniently plan their trips.
The "Moscow Metro" application has been around since 2017 and serves as the official service for navigation and fare payment. About 2 million people use it every month.
