The Moscow Department of Transport has introduced a new Telegram bot for building routes on the metro, MCC, and MCD. Users don't need to switch between application screens of the "Moscow Metro".
Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov noted that Mayor Sergei Sobyanin instructed to make key transport services available on popular digital platforms. With the @mosmetro_app_bot bot, Muscovites can quickly and conveniently plan their trips.
The "Moscow Metro" application has existed since 2017 and serves as an official service for navigation and fare payment. About 2 million people use it every month.
