Сколько прослужат современные автомобили АвтоВАЗа? — На заводе рассказали о «сроке годности» отечественного автопрома

According to the manufacturer, the car will last from 8 to 10 years, depending on operating conditions

AvtoVAZ reports that modern Lada models are designed for a minimum of 8–10 years of operation or 120,000–160,000 km of mileage. This data is published on the manufacturer's website.

According to information from AvtoVAZ, most models, including Lada Vesta, have a guaranteed service life of 8 years or 120,000 km. The exception is Lada Largus, whose resource is increased to 10 years or 160,000 km due to the reinforced structure.

In practice, the service life depends on several factors. The quality of service plays a key role: timely replacement of consumables and the use of original spare parts significantly increase the resource. Operating conditions are also important — an aggressive climate, bad roads and abrupt driving style reduce the service life. Another critical factor is anti-corrosion protection. AvtoVAZ recommends annual body treatment to avoid premature wear.

However, regular maintenance in accordance with the regulations will extend the life of your car.

All new Ladas come with a factory warranty. For front-wheel drive models, such as Vesta and Granta, it is 3 years or 100,000 km. Lada Niva Legend has a warranty of 2 years or 50,000 km, and Lada Niva Travel has 2 years without mileage restrictions.

Additionally, the manufacturer provides a 6-year warranty against through corrosion of the body. However, experts advise not to rely only on factory protection and to carry out anti-corrosion treatment annually, especially in regions with harsh climates or high humidity.
