The Kaluga Turbine Plant (KTZ) has been sued in at least two cases. Representatives of the company have been summoned to court.
The first lawsuit is from JSC "Scientific and Production Corporation "Space Monitoring Systems, Information-Control and Electromechanical Complexes" named after A.G. Iosifyan".
The essence of the claim is not disclosed, all meetings are held behind closed doors. At the same time, the court of the Kaluga region completely rejected the claim, but the plaintiff repeatedly appealed the decision in subsequent instances, reaching the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The second lawsuit is from Promtekhpostavka LLC, filed in the Moscow Region Arbitration Court only on July 11. Details of the case are not yet known.
KTZ produces, among other things, OK-90A-1 "Azurite" and OK17-M "Mirage" steam turbine units for nuclear submarine missile cruisers of strategic purpose of Project 955 "Borei" and Project 885M "Yasen-M".
Earlier, www1.ru reported that MiG-31 fighters used hypersonic "Kinzhal" missiles for the second time in three days.
