The Kaluga Turbine Plant (KTZ) has been sued in at least two cases. Representatives of the company were summoned to court.
The first lawsuit is from JSC "Scientific and Production Corporation "Space Monitoring Systems, Information- управляющие and Electromechanical Complexes" named after A.G. Iosifyan".
The essence of the claim is not disclosed, all meetings are held behind closed doors. At the same time, the court of the Kaluga region completely rejected the claim, but the plaintiff repeatedly appealed the decision in subsequent instances, reaching the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The second lawsuit is from Promtekhpostavka LLC, filed with the Moscow Region Arbitration Court only on July 11. Details of the case are not yet known.
KTZ produces, among other things, OK-90A-1 Azurit and OK17-M Mirazh steam turbine units for nuclear-powered strategic missile cruisers of Project 955 Borei and Project 885M Yasen-M.
Earlier www1.ru reported that MiG-31 fighters used hypersonic Kinzhals for the second time in three days.
