Rare "Pobeda" with minimal mileage put up for sale in Germany

The car has traveled 412 kilometers and was officially brought to Germany

On the Mobile.de website, an advertisement has appeared for the sale of a Soviet GAZ M-20 "Pobeda" car. The specimen, registered in 1955, has traveled only 412 kilometers. The seller, a German dealer, put it up for 18,999 euros (approximately 1.8 million rubles).

There is little information about the condition of the car. Judging by the features of the body and interior, as well as the date of registration, this is one of the last cars of the second series of "Pobeda", produced from 1948 to 1955. The car was officially brought to Germany, as "Pobeda" was actively exported to Europe.

However, the originality of this specimen is questionable. It has an unusual two-tone color, custom bumper and gold-colored radiator grille. Inside, you can see self-tapping screws on the wood-like trim and damaged plastic on the front panel, which may indicate overheating. Perhaps the mileage is indicated from the moment the car was rebuilt.

"Pobeda" is equipped with a standard 2.2-liter engine with a capacity of 52 horsepower and a manual transmission.
