The manufacturer of import-substituted full-cycle servers "Gagar.In" recorded a net loss of 106.9 million rubles in 2024 and accumulated debts to creditors in the amount of over 1 billion rubles. The company has been filed with 12 lawsuits, including a demand from Sberbank to declare it bankrupt, CNews reports.
The company specializes in the development and production of Russian servers — from the design of boards and circuitry to the final assembly. Its capacities are critical for import substitution programs in the segment of high-performance computing equipment.
Revenue fell by 763.6 million rubles (-56%), the cost of sales decreased by 378.5 million rubles. Outstanding personal income tax arrears reached 1.1 million rubles, which indicates problems with the payment of salaries to 112 employees. Interest expenses increased by 33%, exacerbating the loss.
Sberbank requires the recovery of 106 million rubles. The list of creditors also includes "Gran Group" (22.2 million rubles), "KMS-Expert" (25.2 million) and other suppliers of electronic components. The amount of claims varies from 94 thousand to 25 million rubles.
