The crews of anti-sabotage boats "Nakhimovets" and "P-474" of project 21980 "Grachonok" took part in naval exercises in the Baltic Sea. The sailors conducted firing from large-caliber machine guns at targets. This was reported by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.
The military personnel threw grenades using stationary small-sized remotely controlled grenade launcher systems. They destroyed a model of a sea floating mine with a machine gun shot, and also protected the boats from a mock enemy while standing at the roadstead.
The Russian Navy includes 28 anti-sabotage boats, 2 are under construction. A total of 32 vessels are planned under the project.
