In 2025, PJSC "Rosseti" plans to invest 1.6 billion rubles in the development of the power grid complex of the Omsk Oblast. The funds will be directed to connecting new consumers to the grid, including preferential categories, as well as improving the smart electricity metering system.
A key project will be the upgrade of the "Irtyshskaya" substation, which provides power supply to the southeastern regions of the oblast and connects to the energy system of Kazakhstan. Modern Russian equipment will be installed here, which will increase the reliability of the energy facility and the entire grid.
Modernizing key energy infrastructure is the foundation for a stable power supply for residents and social facilities. Thanks to the partnership with the "Rosseti" Group, the Omsk Oblast receives a reliable base for further development. It is important that the work is being carried out not only for the future — such as for the power supply of the future airport — but also systematically strengthens the existing energy infrastructure.
The plans also include the repair of six power transformers, 80 high-voltage circuit breakers, and almost 5,000 km of power lines. Additionally, 1,800 hectares of power line routes will be cleared of tree and shrub vegetation.
