Max messenger users will be able to transfer money via the Faster Payments System. The integration agreement was signed at SPIEF by Dmitry Dubynin, CEO of the National Payment Card System, and Vladimir Kiriyenko, head of VK.
The first stage is testing transfers using the SBP in the Max messenger. In the future, the service will become available to customers of different banks, which will allow them to send money to each other directly in the chat.
The launch of the pilot project and the first transfers between accounts is scheduled for the beginning of July 2025. He clarified that some of the technical work has already been completed. After the banks are connected to the system, transfers via Max will be available for everyday use.
The beta version of Max appeared in March. The application allows you to exchange messages, make calls and send files up to 4 gigabytes in size. It is available in the App Store, RuStore and Google Play.
