In the contact center, pensioners can get advice, find out the payment schedule, or order a repeat delivery without leaving their homes.
The Post Office serves all settlements in Russia, including remote villages. Even a single pensioner in a hard-to-reach area will receive payments on time.
Earlier, "Post of Russia" improved the service and made it more convenient for customers. The introduction of modern technologies has significantly reduced the time it takes to receive parcels. Now, using QR codes, customers can pick up their shipments three times faster than before, when identity verification by documents was required.
