The St. Petersburg-based company "Marine Integrated Systems" will be able to supply furniture for the large landing ships (BDK) "Vasily Trushin" and "Vladimir Andreev" for 1.7 billion rubles.
An attempt to cancel the procurement of integrated equipment for the premises of Project 11711 ships, code "Tapir", undertaken by the company "Geser", failed. The Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal ruled on June 5 that the Baltic Shipyard "Yantar" conducted the procedure in compliance with all legal requirements.
The shipbuilders announced the government procurement in February 2024, with a maximum contract price of 1.79 billion rubles. Two companies submitted applications to participate: "Marine Integrated Systems" and "Geser."
Representatives of "Yantar" sent clarifying requests to all applicants. As a result, the company "Geser" was not allowed to participate in the competition, and the shipyard concluded a contract with "Marine Integrated Systems". Representatives of "Geser" tried to challenge the decision in court, but lost.
