With new batteries and an improved fuselage: ZALA has upgraded the T-20 drone

The improvements have increased the UAV's flight range to 500 km in a single flight

The ZALA T-20 unmanned aerial system has undergone a comprehensive upgrade. This was reported by the press service of the development company.

One of the key changes was the optimization of the drone's fuselage design. This made it possible to reduce aerodynamic drag and increase overall flight efficiency. The installation of new battery packs with increased specific energy density and resistance to extreme operating conditions ensured an increase in flight duration and range. Now these figures exceed 7 hours and 500 kilometers in a single flight.

New communication and navigation modules ensured stable operation, as well as stable and secure data transmission over long distances, even in difficult jamming conditions and in the absence of satellite communications. The upgraded UAS received a specialized new on-board computer and advanced software based on artificial intelligence algorithms.

The ZALA T-20 unmanned system is compatible with the full range of target payloads of the ZALA T-16 UAV and is launched from the same pneumatic launcher. This simplifies logistics, maintenance and operator training, and also allows retrofitting existing systems with a new type of T-20 UAV.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the ZALA Z16 UAV-assassin invisible to electronic warfare became the main friend of artillery and pilots at the front.
