Ready to go: USC completes construction of the Ravelin catamaran

The vessel of project 04710 "Sommers" has successfully passed all tests

The Ravelin catamaran (the second excursion and pleasure vessel of project 04710 ("Sommers")) received a set of classification documents from the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping on June 10, 2025. This is reported by the press service of the classification society.

The issuance of the Register documents was preceded by a full cycle of mooring and sea trials, during which, under the technical supervision of RS specialists, the seaworthiness of the vessel, the operation of equipment and its parameters in running modes were checked. During the tests, all systems and mechanisms worked normally.

  • Width — 7.5 m.
  • Height — 5.17 m.
  • Speed — 11 knots.
  • Crew — 3 people.
  • Passenger capacity — up to 147 people.
  • Displacement — 92 tons.
  • Autonomy — 500 miles.
  • Engine power — 2x220 kW.
