According to him, these developments replace foreign solutions and provide new opportunities for medicine, construction, mechanical engineering, and business.

Chemezov separately mentioned the OneCell 3.0 onco-scanner. The device operates on a Russian digital platform using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.

With its help, it is possible to digitize slides with tissue samples taken from patients during a biopsy for further AI analysis. After testing, the scanner developers received a registration certificate from Roszdravnadzor for it. In 2025, Rostec plans to produce about 25 OneCell 3.0 units.
