A logistics base for the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Navy will be built in the area of the city of Ochamchira in Abkhazia. This was announced by the President of the Republic, Badra Gunba.
According to him, the creation of a naval base as such is not planned, but a logistics base will appear in the Ochamchira area.
As part of this project, it is planned to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries, in particular, through the national ministries of defense.
