Russian combat aviation and air defense systems have mastered a new way to destroy An-196 "Lyutyi" drones. This was reported by military expert Alexei Voevoda.
The fact is that drones are equipped with irradiation sensors. They record radar emissions and inform the operator or pilot that their aircraft has been targeted.
When the An-196 is captured in the sight, they begin to maneuver. Prior to this, we observed two drones colliding during a maneuver, and yesterday three collided.
All the fallen targets were recorded on the account of the Ka-52 crew, who were aiming at them.
An-195 "Lyutyi" is an aircraft-type drone with a control system and an internal combustion engine, using artificial intelligence and satellite navigation. The drone carries a warhead weighing up to 75 kg and is capable of flying 1000 km.
