A rare GAZ-14 "Chaika" car from 1985 is being sold in Moscow. The car's odometer reads 7417 km.

The GAZ-14 is equipped with a 4.0-liter engine with a capacity of about 280 hp — Toyota 1UZ-FE V8. This unit surpasses the original 5.5-liter ZMZ-505 (220 hp).

The car has also been supplemented with a Japanese automatic transmission. All modifications are registered with the traffic police.

The car's length is 6114 mm, weight is 2605 kg, and maximum speed is 175 km/h.

The GAZ-14 "Chaika" was produced at the Gorky Automobile Plant from 1977 to 1988. A total of 1114 such cars were produced.

The limousines were not intended for free sale, they were used by the party elite. The model featured ventilated disc brakes, a kingpinless suspension, halogen headlights, and inertia seat belts.
