Производство дронов «Голубь» с револьверной подачей боеприпасов запустили в России

The drone has a drum inside designed for 12 VOGs

Serial production of Golub bomber drones with revolver-type ammunition feed has started in Russia. The front-line quadcopter is designed to drop VOGs (VOG - fragmentation grenade launcher shot, ammunition for an under-barrel grenade launcher), according to the Stratim Design Bureau.

The Golub drone is capable of carrying a payload of 3.5 kg. A drum designed for 12 VOGs is located inside the device. It can be replaced with a holder for one 82-mm mortar mine.

The power of the VOGs, and especially the 82-mm mine, also makes it possible to confidently destroy unarmored vehicles.

The flight range of the new machine is 10 km, the altitude is up to 500 m. The Golub can stay in the air for up to 30 minutes, accelerating to a speed of 60 km/h. The Golub is equipped with a rotating video camera, which is used both for piloting and for dropping ammunition.

Earlier www1.ru reported that serial production of a mini-version of the Geran drone has begun in Russia.
