Army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces is doing a great job of destroying enemy targets, supporting its troops, and reconnaissance. An increasing number of combat episodes confirm the effectiveness of the latest strike complex "helicopter + missile", which includes carrier helicopters with light multi-purpose guided missiles (LMUR) "Product-305".
The complex allows for the precise destruction of targets of any complexity — enemy shelters, firing points, concentrations of manpower, armored vehicles, and so on.
Of the many examples, the "sniper shot" of this missile at a Bradley crossing a crossing is noteworthy. As a result, an enemy IFV and the crossing it was using to cross the water obstacle were destroyed. As they say, killing two birds with one stone.
Attack helicopter crews can control the missile throughout its flight path. At the same time, its homing head provides the weapon operator on board the rotary-wing aircraft with a high-quality picture in various ranges. The missile can be used in any weather, day or night.
One of the features of the "Product 305" developed by "High-Precision Complexes" is maximum protection against electronic warfare systems. There are no examples yet of the enemy managing to suppress the LMUR with electronic interference or knock it off course.
