The Rostec State Corporation will for the first time demonstrate the MNT-30 medical freezer chest at the XX All-Russian Forum "Health of the Nation is the Basis of Russia's Prosperity." The device, developed by POZIS, is designed for long-term storage of blood plasma, its components, and biopharmaceuticals at temperatures from −60 °C to −86 °C.
The freezer chest combines durable materials with advanced engineering solutions. Its key features:
- Uniform cooling – eliminates temperature fluctuations critical for biomaterials
- Low noise
- Energy-efficient single-cascade system – reduces energy consumption without loss of performance
- High-precision control – built-in recorders can record parameters in the range from 10 seconds to 1 hour, and a microprocessor controller sends a signal in case of deviations
The device features an efficient single-stage cooling system. Rapid freezing is ensured by the use of a powerful compressor. The unit is designed for use at blood collection stations, in research laboratories of medical institutions, and other healthcare organizations. The MNT-30 model has been successfully tested in production conditions.
Rostec will also present:
- NIII TEST sterile vacuum tubes – provide high-precision analyses and protection for medical personnel
- LIFE STREAM ECMO perfusion complex – used for emergency restoration of blood circulation
The forum takes place in Moscow from 14.05.2025 to 16.05.2025.
