Work is underway in the Svobodnensky district of the Amur region to localize forest fires that were approaching the Vostochny Cosmodrome. According to the administration of the ZATO Tsiolkovsky, there is no threat to infrastructure and the city thanks to the prompt intervention of specialized services.
Heavy equipment is involved in fighting the fire, including fire trucks and equipment provided by the space center. All units are operating normally, and planned activities are being carried out in accordance with work schedules.
