The military group "West" has created a laboratory for assembling and repairing ground drones controlled by fiber optics. It concerns ground-based robotic platforms RTK.

Robotic ground platform

The process of preparing one platform takes only two to three days. The drone is fully assembled within the first two days, and on the third day it is tested in the field. After successful testing, it is transferred to the military to perform tasks.

Drones are capable of performing a variety of functions. They can be used to deliver ammunition, install minefields, evacuate or destroy fortifications.

Each platform can be additionally equipped with fiber optic control. The military of the 45th separate Guards engineering brigade is also training personnel: training is conducted for a ground robot operator, a mechanical engineer, and an unmanned aerial vehicle operator.
