The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has demanded that the Moscow Arbitration Court recover almost 4 million rubles in total from a series of new lawsuits against JSC "Voentorg". This was reported in court.

Since May 5, the agency has filed nine more lawsuits against the defendant. The total amount of new claims is 3 million 741 thousand 215 rubles.

At the moment, the court has to decide on the acceptance of the statements of claim for production.

As part of the case, law enforcement officers detained the head of "Voentorg", Vladimir Pavlov, and the "beneficiary of controlled organizations". He is accused of stealing 400 million rubles. Together with Pavlov, the former general director of "Voentorg-retail", Timur Isakov, was arrested.
