China and Russia to Join Forces in Education and Science: Agreement Concluded

RDIF, MGIMO and Tsinghua Launch Joint Projects

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and Tsinghua University, one of China's leading universities, have agreed on a partnership in education and research. The parties plan to jointly implement educational programs, research projects, and professional development initiatives.

The agreement aims to organize internships, support scientific developments, and adapt them to the current needs of the markets in both countries. It provides for assistance in the commercialization of scientific results and the launch of joint projects with the participation of students, teachers, and research teams.

According to the participants, the combination of educational and research potential will achieve significant results in science, technology, and personnel training. The agreement also aims to develop the exchange of knowledge, innovation, and talent between Russian and Chinese universities.
