Турецкой «дочке» Росатома отказали в иске на 365 млн рублей к российскому подрядчику

Ural firm "Insetcom" could lose a quarter of all its assets

Akkuyu Nuclear, a subsidiary of Rosatom and the operator of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant, the first in Turkey, demanded about 365 million rubles from Insetcom LLC from Yekaterinburg at the current official dollar exchange rate.

The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region rejected the plaintiff's claims. The details and reasons for the dispute are unknown, only the operative part of the court decision of the first instance dated May 5 has been published.

The main activity of Insetcom is the installation of ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems, as well as various technological pipelines at industrial facilities, including nuclear power plants. The order portfolio also included contract work at the Akkuyu NPP.

To carry them out, Insetcom recruited rotational workers in Russia and, apparently, continues to work in Turkey to this day. The main capital has doubled over the past year and reached 1.3 billion rubles.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Rostec will receive 100% of the shares of the Sevastopol Aviation Enterprise.
