Rosneft is actively developing virtual reality technologies for employee training. Specialists from the corporate Samara Research Institute have developed a model of the "Gerasimovskaya" substation of the "Orenburgneft" enterprise.
The created virtual simulator allows practicing various scenarios in emergency situations. With the help of the simulator, it is possible to model actions in a safe virtual environment, practice the application of labor protection and industrial safety rules.
It allows students to move around the substation, interact with equipment, and study technological processes.
Digitalization has become an important part of Rosneft's strategy. The introduction of virtual reality opens up new horizons for improving efficiency and safety in the energy sector.
