The "My Wardrobe" service offers personalized recommendations for users

Avito has introduced an innovative service called "My Wardrobe," which will help users find clothing and shoes based on their individual preferences. This was reported by the company's press service.

The main difference between the new tool and traditional search is that the system remembers user preferences and automatically applies filters with each request.

The function is available in the "Clothing, Shoes and Accessories" category. Users can specify their sizes, preferred colors, brands, and price ranges. The algorithm, which uses machine learning, then generates personalized recommendations, eliminating the need to manually configure parameters each time.

Alena Medvedeva, head of the Lifestyle&Home product cluster at Avito, noted that the platform has unified size charts and added tips for sellers on how to properly describe products. Artificial intelligence also checks the conformity of the product's condition to the stated characteristics. The model analyzes the description and information to create the most accurate ad.

Since the beginning of 2025, when the service began testing, about 500,000 users have used it. The most popular sizes were "L" for men (35% of requests) and "M" for women (28%). In shoes, sizes 42 (men's) and 38 (women's) are the most popular.
