Carriers of "Caliber" and "Uran" Corvettes "Rezkiy" and "Aldar Tsydenzhapov" Approached the Shores of Thailand

The business visit of Project 20380 warships will last until April 27

Russian Pacific Fleet corvettes of Project 20380 "Aldar Tsydenzhapov" and "Rezkiy", and the support vessel "Pechenga" began a business visit to Thailand.

The ships were greeted on the shore by a military band from the main base of the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) in Sattahip and high-ranking Thai officers. Russian sailors were traditionally presented with phuang malai flower garlands as a sign of respect. The business visit of the Pacific Fleet ships will last until April 27.

The Pacific Fleet ship detachment, consisting of the corvettes "Aldar Tsydenzhapov" and "Rezkiy", as well as the sea tanker "Pechenga", set off on a long voyage on February 3 to carry out the assigned tasks in the Asia-Pacific region.

The armament of the 20380 series corvettes, depending on the modification of the ship, includes launchers for anti-ship missiles "Caliber-NK" or "Uran", artillery installations, grenade launchers, an anti-aircraft missile system, and machine gun installations. They have anti-submarine and anti-torpedo protection.
