AvtoVAZ presented the interior and engine compartment of the production Lada Iskra model for the first time on April 19. Photos were published by the Telegram channel «Avtopotok».
The driver's door with a built-in mirror adjustment unit and power window controls is visible in the кадров. The car is painted in a bright red color. The dashboard and steering wheel with the Lada logo are visible in the pictures.
The steering wheel is equipped with physical multi-functional buttons for controlling cruise control and the audio system, and behind it are a tachometer with a small digital display and an analog speedometer.
The center console includes a 7-inch multimedia system screen, with ventilation deflectors on the sides, and below are the automatic transmission lever and air conditioning controls.
The Lada Iskra will be assembled on the same assembly line as the Granta. The body welding shop is completely new, equipped with 17 automatic lines and 112 robots.
Earlier www1.ru reported that AvtoVAZ is launching mass production of Lada Iskra from April 19.
